With Tottenham leading the Premier league points table, today’s clash against the red devils becomes a much awaited event. Manchester United is inching their way forward whereas the Spurs would love to cement their early lead in order to come out strong by the end of the season. The odds weigh heavily, and if not a convincing victory, the spurs would be glad to settle for a draw. The 2 week international break may just have been too long a break in certain quarters of the game at the start of season, and those in the England squad may just be a little worn out.
